Well this morning I woke up weight in and gained a pound. So I asked a question on a message bored then started to look over my days and realized that my calories have been getting lower and lower. I seem to start having the problem of not wanting to eat at all which is not good, I need to at the minimal be eating 1800 calories.
Side not why is it every person you talk to professional or not has a different view of how “is best” to lose weight?
So I am upping my calories intake back to around 1800 to max 2200 with a max of 311 carbohydrates. Now that is about 80 carbohydrates more then I was letting myself have from before but its summer and I will be hopefully working out and walking more so I will need them.
And maybe this will also help my depression because maybe so of what I thought was depression was really my body going into starvation mode due to the fact I was only taking in 1400 to 1200 calories a day for past week or so.
If you have any thoughts or recommendations please let me know.

My experience, for what is worth, is that the less you eat, the more your body holds onto what you have got and can even put on weight because it thinks it’s not going to get enough. I reckon it will be your metabolism that made you put on the pound. But as you know, I’m no expert. Just used to trying to trick my body for too long, and it sometimes fights back.
I thought it was bad enough that my mind does that but yes, my body joins in to. So it sounds like upping your cal’s again is a good move. I know exactly what you mean about everyone having an opinion. Makes it hard to get to the right one. Good luck
